DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
If product price is less than 500$ then we need to charge fee for shipping worldwide.
DO YOU SELL FRAMED ART?
Yes we do sell and make decorative frames on request (Charges depends)
CAN I HAVE THE PAINTING DELIVERED AS A GIFT?
Yes we can send the order to any address mentioned by the purchaser and issue the authenticity certificate to any name provided in the online form. We can also ship the gift anonymously on behalf of you.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We use a PayPal & Credit Card Payment system; at checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GALLERY WRAP AND MUSEUM WRAP?
Gallery wrap extends and folds your artwork all the way to the sides to completely cover the wood frame. Museum wrap also covers the wood frame but instead of extending your artwork, you choose between white or black wrapping color. Your artwork is limited to the front of the canvas.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and once again when it has been processed. We send notifications at every stage of the shipping process and try to deliver the product ASAP.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?
If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 15 business days then please contact us at email@example.com and we will try to get it done as quick as possible.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A WRONG PRODUCT OR DAMAGED?
Contact us within 30 days from the delivery date and we will replace it.
CAN I EXCHANGE THE PAINTING I ORDERED?
Yes, you can exchange it for an equally priced painting within 30 days from the delivery date with additional shipping cost.
CAN I RETURN AND GET MY REFUND?
All sales are final and we don’t do refunds. A return is only possible if product is damaged or incorrect within 30 days from the delivery date. You can exchange it for an equally priced product alternatively.
HOW CAN I CALCULATE THE TOTAL BILL FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES IF I’M PURCHASING FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY AND WHO PAYS CUSTOMS FEES?
The total payment amount means price of the painting and the transportation cost. The package will be declared as “Online Sale.” you may consult the customs website of your country for additional details.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
a) International customers may need to pay import duties. We cannot predict the amount of the duties, as it depends on many factors and usually arts and craft are considers special commodity that is taxed differently from regular products.
b) We recommend to check with the customs of your country to estimate the amount of the duty or if any taxes apply.
c) The taxes and duties are usually charged by the delivery company as cash on delivery. You can also pay them online and by phone before the delivery.
d) We do not cover import duties and taxes related to the import of the painting. Such taxes are the responsibility of the customer. However we do compensate you in a form of store credit for future orders in the best way.
e) For Example, if you pay $25 import tax when you get the package, then next time you order from us you get $50 discount.

SHIPPING COMPANIES & TRANSPORT DETAILS
We work with all 3 main shipping companies – Fedex, UPS and DHL.
Transport times are very similar in all 3 companies. We use economy service by default. Next day or express delivery is possible with additional cost.
International packages have to clear customs upon arrival in the destination country.
We cannot predict customs clearance times. Some countries have fast clearance and some countries require a whole process and documents for clearance.
The process of customs clearance on average takes 2 business days but in some countries can take up to one week.
